-No parties are allowed in the property & no loud music and nо loud activities outside after 11pm.
-No confetti and no hanging decoration should be placed on the walls.
-The property is in a residential area and should be treated as a home
-All bedding and towels are included
-No Smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties.
Electricity
Please note that electricity fee is included in the accommodation price.
Hot Water
Hot water is available all the time. Hot water is not instant as it has travel from the roof tank, you have to run the water for a few minutes until is start to get warm.
Air-Conditioning
All the air-conditioning units work from a remote control. Please don’t set the temperature at less than 20 degrees as this will cause the unit to overheat and discharge water. The ideal setting is between 23 and 25 degrees as this will cool the room quicker and the unit works to maximum efficiency. At night time you can set the air-conditioning to SLEEP mode and this will keep the temperature constant throughout the night.
Smoking
This is no smoking property, so please smoke only outside. Please do not smoke in the property under any circumstances. In case of the evidence of smoking in the property a charge will be made.
TV
Films and TV series’(in different languages) can be watched from the personal Netflix. Choose your desired programs like YouTube or Netflix or Turn on the TV with the remote's and select HDMI 1 and see options provided.
Linen Change
A spare set of bed linen and towels will be left for you if you staying for 2 weeks or more. It is not permitted to take the bed linen and the other bed textiles out with you.
Breakages
Accidents do happen. Please report any breakages immediately so that they can be replaced for the next guests.
